    I feel most prepared to teach the "Use Digital Media" ELA standards. I feel most prepared to teach this because I have the most experience with this. Throughout school I have done many presentations and projects that incorporate these skills that make me feel confident in teaching them. I think I would have to learn more about the "Text Structure" standard. I don't feel confident in teaching these standards since I have not had much experience with them. I would definitely need to do research about them.
    In my classroom, I would apply web enhancements to traditional classrooms. I think it would help engage my classroom and keep everyone focused. I think technology in the classroom is better for older ages so they can understand more how to use it.
    I really enjoyed making this newsletter. I think it will benefit me greatly in the future since I do want to be a teacher and I will most likely have to create a newsletter just like this. This assignment has taught me how to shade a section, provide a functioning hyperlink, and a functioning email link. I think if I make this newsletter again I can improve it by doing it more quickly and using more of the tools more efficiently.

Adaptive Technology for Diverse Learners

What did you learn through your individual efforts? I learned about the opportunities and challenges that special needs students face. There are many challenges, like having to train the staff properly in order to help the student use new technology that is going to help them. Some very effective solutions to the challenges they face are National Council for Learning and TechMatrix. Also, an educators role is to make sure that all the students are receiving the same opportunities regardless of their disabilities. What did you learn today through creating/viewing the group presentations? I learned about all of the different types of technologies that diverse students can use while in the classroom.
